City of Chicago Unit 2 OEMC members,

We were successful in getting the Illinois Labor Relations Board to issue an unfair labor complaint against the City of Chicago/OEMC for bad faith bargaining. Please download, read and share this information with your coworkers.

Our battle is far from over, but it is undeniable that the Board was compelled to issue a complaint against the City and order a hearing. 
Please also take notice of the City’s “affirmative defense” statement located at the bottom of the attached document identified as “answer to the complaint”.  This should make more clear the personalities we are dealing with as well as their lack of integrity. 

Now more than ever is the time for solidarity as we move forward.
