July 13, 2018 - IBEW 21 and CBRE reach tenative agreement
Highlights of the new four year agreement include: an 11% wage increase over the life of the agreement, no negative changes to health care language, on-call pay increases, one additional floating holiday, and work up rate increases for CFC Certified Facility Mechanics.  Read more here.
