Important Medical HMO Plan Update for Midwest Employees
The Union has been notified that effective January 1, 2026, employees in the Midwest Region will no longer have access to the following Fully Insured Medical Care Option plans:
- HMO Illinois
- Priority Health
- Blue Care Network
Please note: These plans are additional options offered by the company and are not part of our bargained medical benefits.
We strongly urge all members currently enrolled in any of these HMO plans to visit the AT&T Benefits website at att.com/benefitscenter to review your options and complete the enrollment process to select a new medical plan.
If you do not take action, you will be automatically defaulted into what the company designates as the “lowest cost” option — which may have low monthly contributions but high deductibles and annual out-of-pocket maximums.
