AT&T Dependent Reverification – Action Required
AT&T’s failure to notify our Union in a timely manner coupled with AT&T’s delayed communications to employees have created a sense of urgency in this matter.
AT&T is currently conducting a Dependent Reverification for all Active Employees with Dependents, other than a biological or adopted child, that have not been verified after 2018. If you have any type of dependent that is not a biological or adopted child, you will have to complete the reverification process by December 29, 2021.
The company has mailed Dependent Reverification packets, which include a list of your dependents that need to be verified, as well as a list of the required documentation to verify them. By now you should have received a mailing or two to your address on record with the company, as well as an email notice.
Please follow the instructions included in the packet or, if you have not received the mailing, log into the AT&T Benefits website to review and complete the required steps online.
Failure to complete this Dependent Reverification process will result in your dependents being dropped from coverage effective March 1, 2022. If you have dependents other than your biological or adopted child, your action is required.
