AT&T Internal Job Postings for Current Employees

This update is to assist current AT&T employees who are interested in AT&T CareerPath internal job postings.
Over the past several months there have been many staffing level adjustments initiated by AT&T as well as the announcement of a welcomed infrastructure build. This is resulting in the need for human resources to fill open positions with candidates internally and externally. Members have been contacting their IBEW 21 representatives with questions and concerns about job postings.
Open job requisitions have been posted to CareerPath, AT&T’s internal employee website, and more are likely to be posted in the coming days or weeks. CareerPath can be found in AT&T’s HR One Stop website. There you will find openings and the avenue to update your skills profile. If you have trouble accessing the website talk to your manager.
It is an employee’s responsibility to check the site for openings and to self-nominate for any such postings. It is recommended for those with access to the skills update page that you make sure that your skills profile is up to date to give you the best chance at filling any job you might have an interest in. Applicants are awarded points based on their skills and their seniority as described in the AT&T Midwest and AT&T National Staffing Process which can be found in Appendix A13 of our collective bargaining agreement.
It has been a long time since members used the company website to bid for open positions. Your IBEW 21 representatives are available to assist you if you have questions.
