AT&T CORE Success Sharing Payout
AT&T announced that eligible IBEW CORE Contract employees will receive a Success Sharing Plan (SSP) payout of $958.50. Information and specific details about your eligibility can be found on page 153 of the IBEW SCT-3 CORE Collective Bargaining Agreement with AT&T.
Each eligible CORE employee receives an award of 150 Success Units that are multiplied by the increase in stock price during the award year, plus dividends declared during that same period. The stock price appreciation was measured from Oct. 1, 2018 at $33.49 to Sep. 30, 2019 at $37.84, for an increase of $4.35. Dividends were declared 4 times during the award year at a rate of $0.51 per share. Therefore, the calculation is 150 Success Units multiplied by sum of the increase in stock price over the term ($4.35) and dividends declared ($0.51 x 4 = $2.04), which equals $958.50. The 2019 SSP payment will be made on the Nov. 22, 2019 or Nov. 27, 2019 paycheck, depending on your payroll cycle.
