IBEW Local Union 21 and CWA District 4 have each reached a tentative agreement with CBRE.  The agreement contains many improvements over existing contract provisions which were made to address the concerns of our members.

Highlights of the new four year agreement include: an 11% wage increase over the life of the agreement, no negative changes to health care language, on-call pay increases, one additional floating holiday, and work up rate increases for CFC Certified Facility Mechanics.

All IBEW Local Union 21 CBRE members should make themselves available to participate in a conference call with IBEW Local 21 Bargaining Team representatives during the week of July 23rd to discuss the tentative agreement.  The times and dates of the calls will be communicated to our members via company email.

The detailed contract changes are being mailed to IBEW 21 CBRE members along with a contract ratification ballot. 

Your bargaining team is recommending a YES vote on the tentative agreement.
