IBEW-CWA Reach New Agreement with Johnson Controls

The IBEW and the CWA have each reached a tentative Agreement with Johnson Controls as of 5pm C.S.T. (6pm E.S.T.) today. The agreements contain many improvements over existing provisions, addressing our members’ concerns. Specific details about the tentative Agreement will be released next week.
The unions have agreed to the medical, dental, and vision plans which will be provided by CBRE upon the completion of the sale of GWS, from Johnson Controls to CBRE.
All bargained-for members from the CWA and the IBEW should make themselves available to participate in the company’s planned benefits presentation calls scheduled for next week.
The times and dates of the calls will be communicated to our members via company email.
