Monday, May 22, 2023 - 5:00pm (CDT) - The IBEW SCT-3 Council and AT&T Diversified Services have agreed to extend the IBEW Yellow collective bargaining agreement while talks to reach a new contract continue. 

The current IBEW Yellow collective bargaining agreement is now extended through the end of the day, Tuesday May 23, 2023.
