IBEW Local Union 21 is saddened to announce the passing of our Brother Joseph M. Ziemba who worked at the City of Chicago OEMC 911 Center.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Joseph’s family and friends, co-workers and all of our members at the OEMC.

Our Brother was a Police Dispatcher although he never
met many of his friends in the Department, he was the
familiar voice they all heard when necessity called.
