IBEW Local Union 21 is saddened to announce the passing of our
Sister Tonya Jackson who worked at the City of Chicago OEMC 911 Center.  Our thoughts and prayers are with Tonya’s family, friends, co-workers and all of our members.

Our Sister was a loving mother and a kind and generous friend to many of our members and to those in the communities where she lived and worked.
