An agreement has been reached between our Union and AT&T to extend the Work From Home Agreements for IBEW members until March 31, 2023.

This extension applies to all IBEW members working under all IBEW – AT&T Contracts who have been identified as employees who are eligible to perform their job duties from home. 

Company management has the right to cancel the agreements at any time with a seven-day notice.  Participation is at the discretion of management and is entirely voluntary on behalf of employees.  It is time for your voices to be heard. Tell your manager they need to let  their bosses know that their employees are unhappy with the decisions they are making.
