Friday, May 19, 2022 - 9:30pm (CDT) - The IBEW SCT-3 Council and AT&T Diversified Services have agreed to extend their current collective bargaining agreement for members working under the IBEW Yellow Agreement while talks to reach a new contract continue.  The agreement was set to expire at 11:59 pm on May 19, 2023.

The agreement extends the current IBEW Yellow collective bargaining agreement through 11:59 PM on May 22, 2023.

The inability to come to terms on a new pact does not indicate that the talks are at a stalemate.  The negotiations have progressed but there are still issues that require further discussions.
