IBEW Members Ratify Agreement with AT&T

Thursday, September 1, 2022 - The membership of the International Brotherhood of Electrical Workers System Council T-3 employed by AT&T have voted overwhelmingly to accept the tentative agreement that was reached on July 30, 2022.  The new five-year agreement covers approximately 3,000 employees working for the company nationwide, primarily in Illinois and Northwest Indiana.  The contract will take effect retroactively to June 25, 2022.

Since the tentative agreement was announced, members of the IBEW have attended meetings and received communications outlining the agreement.  They were allowed the opportunity to ask questions about the changes to their contract and they voted by secret ballot to accept the agreement. 

IBEW members covered by the new pact will receive yearly basic weekly wage rate increases of 4.0%, 4.0%, 2.5%(plus COLA), 3.0% and 3.0%.  More information on the settlement can be found by clicking here.
