To help members determine how the economics of the tentative agreement with AT&T affect them we have developed a Wage Benefit Aid. It contains the economic gains for many job titles over the life of the contract vs the increase in monthly medical premiums.
It does not include yearly deductibles or out of pocket expenses because those costs vary from employee to employee based on the amount of times they visit a medical provider. Please note 96% of employees who participate in the AT&T medical plan do not reach the out of pocket maximum.
As you will see, the total economic package (wages, 401K and signing bonus) in the tentative agreement far exceeds the health-care cost sharing. View the Wage Benefit Aid by clicking here.
More information can be obtained by attending the contract overview meetings. The language changes in the 2017 AT&T Tentative Agreement that will be discussed at the meetings can be found here. (This is a large document it may take some time to download)

The documents contain all of the items that changed. If you don’t see a change, there was no change. If you have any questions please contact your Union representative.
